New Features
- Support for Operator Connect
DIDs can now be provisioned directly into Teams Admin Center using Operator Connect. Part of our new offering, Operator Connect Express (OCE), it is an alternative to Direct Routing for organizations that have adopted Microsoft Phone System. - Support for External Trunk Routing
DIDs can now be routed to any SIP Trunk profile, breaking the previous limitation where DID routing was restricted to Teams users only. This provides greater routing flexibility for your business needs. - New SMS Carrier
We’ve added support for Cloud Kinnect API, expanding SMS coverage for your messaging needs.
Enhancements
- Billing Reports Updated
Billing reports now include enterprises with zero users, ensuring that you have a complete overview of all accounts, even those without active users. - Updated PBX and Trunk User Bulk Upload APIs
The bulk upload functionality for PBX and trunk users has been updated to support Call Policy items, giving you greater control and ease when managing users in bulk. - Bulk User Updates
You can now update existing users in bulk during uploads, making it easier to maintain and modify user details across large sets of accounts. - SMS Transaction Download Update
The SMS transaction download has been updated to include search strings, allowing for more precise and efficient reporting. - Updated Unlicensed User Listing
We’ve adjusted the Unlicensed User Listing to exclude disabled or deleted users, providing a cleaner and more accurate view of your active users. - Voice Route Updates for Valet Users
When the Voice Route is changed on the Valet Service Account, the Voice Routes for Valet users will automatically update, ensuring that changes are reflected seamlessly. - Simplified Enterprise Registration
Enterprises that use only SMS and/or Chat services can now register with a less expansive permission grant, simplifying the registration process for these services. - Call App Active Call Control Widget Stability
Enhancements have been made to the Call App active call control widget, improving stability for Hold, Transfer, and status display, ensuring smoother and more reliable call management.
